The accounting and business advisory firm hit the half-century mark this year, and there's something still a little old-fashioned about its approach to serving clients.
“I've always been passionate about remaining both independent and unaffiliated with any side ventures that could affect the objectivity of our advice,” says managing partner Richard C. Fedorovich, who has been in that position since 1996.
“Selling investments or other financial products calls into question the quality of the guidance we provide and whether we might have a vested interest in a client's decision,” Mr. Fedorovich says.
Among its areas of focus are SEC and public company services; transaction advisory services; employee benefit plan audits and bankruptcy and restructuring.
