BMF Hires New Manager, Enhances Business Valuation, Litigation and Transaction Support Services
Akron, OH (July 26, 2011) - Bober Markey Fedorovich, a regional accounting and business advisory firm with offices in Akron and Cleveland, has hired Tiffany Herbert, ASA, MBA as a manager in the Business Valuation/Litigation Support and Transaction Advisory Services Group. Herbert’s primary focus will be the development and preparation of valuations of closely held business entities as well as litigation support and business valuation analyses for estate and gift tax, financial reporting and family law.
Previously a manager with the Valuation and Litigation Advisory Services Group at a national firm, Herbert has extensive experience in litigation support, estate and gift tax valuation and stock purchase planning. Engagements have spanned many industries including manufacturing, construction, distribution, professional services, auto, investment holding and many more.
Herbert graduated with a Bachelor of Science in finance from Florida State University, College of Business. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in finance, management and MIS from the University of South Florida, College of Business Administration.
Herbert is a member of the CFA Institute, the American Institute of CPAs and the American Society of Appraisers. She is a committee member for the Greater Akron Chamber’s Knowledgeable Network of Women (KNOW), has previously served on the board of directors for the Young Professionals of Akron and the Battered Women’s Shelter of Summit and Medina Counties, and has volunteered on the United Way of Summit County’s Community Investment Team.
