Analyst

The Advisory Services Group is seeking an analyst to assist in the preparation of business valuations and to work with private equity groups throughout the country on due diligence/quality of earnings engagements. We are seeking a professional with 2-4 years of public accounting experience. Prior valuation and/or transaction experience is a plus but not required. Key requirements are as follows:

  • Accounting degree
  • CPA preferred
  • Other accounting related credentials are welcome (i.e., ABV, CVA, CFF, CFE, CM&AA, CFA)
  • 2-4 years experience, public accounting highly preferred
  • Valuation experience is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with GAAP purchase price accounting preferred, but not required
  • Transaction advisory services experience preferred, but not required
  • Other corporate finance and financial analysis experience is welcome
