Senior Tax Specialist with a minimum of 3-5 years prior public accounting experience and Tax Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years prior tax experience in public accounting. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting required, CPA required for managers and a plus for senior level. A broad background in partnership, s corporation and corporate tax matters serving privately held companies in a variety of industries is desired.
