We seek a Director of Human Resources who will be responsible for overall HR leadership and talent management. Primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Recruiting and retention of top talent;
  • Management and implementation of comprehensive talent acquisition processes;
  • Developing HR vision and performance management systems;
  • Design and implementation of training and development programs;
  • Evaluate, develop and modify policies and procedures;
  • Assures firm compliance with state and Federal regulations;
  • Serves as a member of the strategic management team.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills, experience and characteristics:

  • Superior leadership, organization, communication, planning and management skills;
  • Attributes that include a positive team-oriented attitude balanced with the ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm;
  • Ability to manage projects; attain results; good problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Knowledge of organizational structure, organizational development activities, and employee relations;
  • Working knowledge of employment law;
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in business or human resources required;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource leadership, preferably in a professional services firm with proven experience in talent acquisition
