Cindy Johnson focuses on serving privately held, middle-market and high-growth clients in a variety of industries.  She has extensive experience working with closely and family held businesses, tax planning, internal control and operations reviews, and preservation of family wealth and family transition planning. 

Cindy also oversees the firm’s Small Business Services Group, which provides review and analysis of interim and annual financial information, tax planning and business advisory services. 

Cindy was the assistant controller for a general contractor before joining BMF in 1987.  She was elected partner in 2001.
