General Info
With more than 18 years of experience, Dave Roberts serves publicly traded; large, privately held; and pre-emerging, private equity-backed companies in a variety of industries. 

As the firm’s Director of SEC Advisory Services, Dave assists clients with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards in a number of areas, including business combinations, stock-based compensation fair value measurement and accounting for income taxes. Dave also oversees the preparation of annual and interim SEC financial statement filings (10-K and 10-Qs) and provides assistance with various registration statement filings.

Dave joined Bober Markey Fedorovich in February 2008.
