General Info Jon is a manager in the tax department where his primary focus is heading up the firm’s dedicated state and local tax (SALT) practice and supporting the needs of BMF’s business clients. Previously with PWC in Cleveland and New York City, Jon specializes in providing state and local compliance and consulting services.
Jon has expertise in complex tax structures, including the multi-state taxation of C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, and LLCs (including single member LLCs). Jon has a wide variety of experience in state income and sales tax audits, municipal taxation, state tax nexus studies and voluntary disclosure agreements.
