Stan Bober specializes in a variety of industries
including manufacturing, retail, and professional services. He also
maintains extensive expertise in estate planning, business transition
planning, and family business issues, along with real estate and
hospitality industries. Although now retired, Stan
continues to be available on a consultation basis.
Stan also maintains extensive expertise in the area of
financing, merger and acquisition, and divestiture projects for various
clients, equity sponsors, and subordinated debt lenders.
A 1954 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Kent State University
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Stan was
with the U.S. Army and subsequently with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell &
Company until forming Bober, Markey, Fedorovich
& Company in 1959.
