Steve Swann practices within the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Group, providing financial due diligence and other consultation services to buyers and investors from private equity groups, public company businesses, development groups and subordinated debt lenders. He also maintains extensive audit and consulting services experience and expertise.

Steve has also provided traditional audit and accounting services to clients in a variety of industries, including service, manufacturing and private equity funds.
A graduate of The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, Steve is Certified in Financial Forensics and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (Akron/Canton Chapter), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

- Business Valuation Analysis – estate and gift tax, bankruptcy cases, family law, etc.
- Litigation Support Services – shareholder disputes, bankruptcy cases, family law, lost profits analysis, etc.
- Fraud Investigation – shareholder disputes, misappropriation of assets, fraudulent tax returns, etc.
